Khaled’s 34-year automotive career started with a Technician Apprenticeship at a German BMW Dealer. In the Middle East, he successfully worked with leading German, Asian and American distributors representing BMW, MINI, Porsche, Audi, Aston Martin, MAN, FORD, Jaguar, Land Rover, Hyundai, KIA, Renault, SsangYong, Geely, Volvo, Mazda and Nissan in a variety of operational and training leadership capacities.
He has led technicians and customer-facing team members to win regional competitions and place in the top 15 at manufacturer world finals. Continuing from his background on operational management, his expertise extends to, but not limited to, Sales, Aftersales, Technical and Non-Technical Training, establishing Training Academies, Training Needs Analysis, Coaching & Mentoring, On-the-Job Training, Onboarding programs and Management Development & Coaching programs. He is very passionate about talent creation, establishing the first Institute of the Motor Industry approved automotive apprenticeships for Jaguar Land Rover, BMW and Hyundai in KSA. He adopts a meticulous process methodology that supports operational status audits and develops result-driven action plans focusing on organizational goal implementation.
A Master of Business Administration with Distinction from UK’s University of Liverpool provides the base for his client’s advanced level competency development.
His longtime Institute of the Motor Industry membership is uplifted with their Automotive Trainer and Assessor qualifications. Multiple manufacture trainer endorsements, a UK teacher license and a Kirkpatrick training evaluation certificate ensure that he provides training & development solutions that hit the mark and deliver on ROI.
Working towards the UK Diploma in Management Coaching and Mentoring increased him being demanded to provide one-to-one action-based learning Management Development to upcoming local talents.
